1. Q: With a 2000 watt load, there is a strange noise or it does not work and shuts down.

A: VOLFVRET PR-4000w The Max output power of a single socket is 1850W. As the voltage may fluctuate, it is recommended to use appliances with a nominal power of 1700 or less. Appliances above 1850W should be used with AC Terminal blocks, otherwise the inverter will be damaged or shut down.

2. Q:The power consumption shown on the screen does not correspond to the nominal power of the appliance

A: Example: An air conditioner with a nominal power of 2000W may end up with 2400W due to various factors. Based on formula P=UI, the relationship between nominal power,rated power and actual power of domestic appliances is as follows. 1) Nominal power is allowed to have ±10% error with rated power under the national standard. In other words, if the input voltage is 110V, the actual power of an air conditioner with a nominal power of 2000W will be up to 2000*(1+10%)=2200W. The actual current is 2200W/110V=20A. 2) The actual power is positively related to the input voltage. If the input voltage fluctuates to a maximum of 120V, the actual power will rise, i.e. 120V*20A=2400W.

3. Q: The inverter is hot during operation but it operates as normal.
