Cousins Maine Lobster is sending two food trucks into Indiana, with one in Madison and another in Indianapolis from July 26 to 29. This is part of a Midwest and Southeast tour to build brand awareness, according to a report by the IndyStar.
The chain currently has more than 50 food trucks in the U.S., which offer Maine lobster rolls, lobster tacos and tots.
Cousins Maine Lobster will open franchised locations in Evansville, Indiana and Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky in September.
