Salsa Salsas, a food truck in Sioux Falls, South Dakota opened a physical restaurant in the downtown area. The restaurant, which is called BibiSol Bodega and Provisions offers Mexican dishes with nixtamal tortillas, according to a report by Dakota News Now.
“It’s definitely been a journey to get to this point. It all takes a lot of hard work, a lot of dedication, but we’re glad it’s come to fruition now. A lot of love has been poured into this project and our business from our friends, our family and just everybody that comes in that has followed our Salas Salsas business with the food truck. So now, this is just the next chapter of our family business,” Marcela Salas, owner, said in the report.
