A: Yes, our 12 volt 9ah lifepo4 battery could be used as lead acid battery replacement. It is perfect replacement for ExpertPower EXP1290, MightyMax ML9-12, UPG UB1290, Power-Sonic PS-1290, CP1290, Power King PK1290 etc.

Q2: What is the function of F2 to F1 adapter?

A: Our battery has F2 terminal. We noticed that some customers’ origin is 12v 9ah f1 battery, but most of the lithium iron phosphate batteries on the market are F2 terminal, which cannot be used in this case. To solve this problem, HWE Energy 12v 9ah lithium battery provide one F2 to F1 adapter, if you are an F1 terminal battery, please feel free to buy, just use the adapter, our 12v 9ah lithium battery can be perfectly matched to your device.

A: Yes, our 12v9ah can be connected in series or parallel.

Q4: How to charge the 12 volt rechargeable battery?

A: There are 3 ways to charge our 12v 9ah battery: The first one is using lithium iron phosphate charger. The second one is using Solar Panel+MPPT. The third one is using Generator. We recommend you use lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) charger to charge the battery so that it can be charged to its full capacity. If you do not have LiFePO4 charger, the lead-acid battery chargers (AGM, wet, gel) will also work fine.

Q5: What kind of BMS the battery use?

A: Our battery has built-in 15A BMS, the heavy-duty output discharge up to 15A continuous.

Q6: Does the 9-12 battery need charged before first use?

A: Our 12 volt battery have been fully charged and tested before delivery, and you could use the small 12v battery after receiving them. However, the 12v battery power may be lost during logistics transportation. Please kindly charge the 12v 9ah battery in time after the battery power is used up. If you find the battery Volt is 0v, please try activating the battery – Use another battery parallel with the 0v battery for 3-5s.

Q7: What is the size and weight of 12v 9ah battery?

A: The size of the battery is 5.94 x 2.56 x 3.7 inches (LxWxH). The weight is 2.2 pounds which is 30% lighter than the lead acid battery of the same capacity. And 12v LiFePO4 battery does not have liquid inside which could be mounted safely where you want to place it.
