#1 Clear Basecoat

Pour off 6-8 oz of LiME LiNE clear basecoat or any brand intercoat clear.Thin out the mixture with Urethane Reducer (about 1:1 in most cases) #2 Basecoat Pigment

After reducing your mixture you will have approximately 12-16 ozMix entire contents (25 grams) into the clear basecoat #3 Mix & Strain

Mix thoroughlyUse strainers provided to filter out any clumps before painting #4 Spray or Airbrush

Thin out your mixture with urethane reducer more or less depending on the tools you use.

Can this be mixed with clear water base paint

YES

Do you mix this with clear basecoat, inner coat clear or clear binder?

You can mix the pigment into any of those. Just remember you will need to thin with urethane reducer to make the mixture sprayable

How fast will the bright colors fade?

Well, that all depends on what brand of topcoat and how many coats were applied over top. When properly cared for bright pigments can last a long while.
