1, Drill a 3/4″ key hole.
2, Put on the lock body.
3, Install the spur washwer , twist the hex nut to fix the lock.
4, Adjust the position of the latch, lighten the screw. Please payattention to the item size before purchase.
The tubular locks with 7/8″ cylinder length and 1-3/4″ lock plate, it can fit a material thickness of up to 3/4″.
lock plate length 40mm, thickness 2mm. It’s a standard size cam lock with 18mm diameter. Each lock has 2 locking bars: 1 straight and 1 “Z” shape. Please refer to the diagram for more details on dimensions.
